QHSE Engineer – Quality Assurance

Dear Connections, We’re Hiring | QHSE Engineer for Chennai Location | Immediate Joiners Highly Preferred We are seeking a

QHSE Engineer with 8–10 years of Home Office/Detailed Engineering experience supporting EPC/EPCM projects in the

Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Energy sectors . The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in

ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001, engineering QA, internal audits, compliance, and continuous improvement .

Home Office QHSE experience is mandatory. Responsibilities

• Implement, maintain, and continuously improve the

Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with

ISO 9001 requirements.

• Review engineering deliverables to ensure compliance with

client specifications, applicable codes, standards, and project requirements .

• Prepare, review, and maintain

Project Quality Plans, Quality Procedures, Inspection & Test Plans, and related quality documentation .

• Coordinate with

Engineering, Procurement, Project Management, and other functional teams to address and resolve quality-related matters.

• Conduct

internal quality audits , identify areas for improvement, and manage

NCRs, CAPAs, corrective actions, and quality records .

• Monitor and report

quality KPIs , identify trends, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Ensure consistent compliance with

company, project, client, and applicable quality requirements throughout the engineering/project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a recognized institution.
• 8–10 years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably within EPC/Oil & Gas projects.
• Mandatory: Hands-on experience in Home Office / Engineering Quality Assurance within an engineering or detailed engineering environment.
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor certification will be an added advantage.
