Role & responsibilities

Leading quality engineering initiatives to enhance software development and testing processes
- Implementing quality assurance methodologies to identify and resolve defects, optimizing performance and user experience
- Managing and mentoring teams to deliver quality outcomes and meet client expectations
- Utilizing analytical thinking to analyze system components and interactions for improved functionality
- Developing and executing test protocols, including functional, compatibility, and performance testing
- Overseeing the design and evaluation of quality assurance processes to drive continuous improvement
- Collaborating with team leadership to maintain collective ownership of project quality and timelines
- Embracing technology and innovation to enhance delivery and encourage team development
- Addressing conflicts and engaging in critical conversations with stakeholders to resolve issues
- Upholding professional and technical standards, reinforcing the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements

- Playwright with MCP; Tosca, Jav, Python, JavaScript / TypeScript for Playwright, Karate and/or REST Assured, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps or equivalent, Git / GitHub / Bitbucket

SQL, Debugging & Analysis, Test Management, AWS, Azure or GCP

- Banking & Insurance, Pharma & Healthcare, Telecom, Media & Technology.
- Demonstrating proficiency in Quality Assurance Engineering and Quality Management
- Effort Estimation for RFPs
Accelerator development and demos
- Solutioning for RFPs
- Thought Leadership, Coaching, Planning and Strategy
- Utilizing Selenium for browser automation and software testing
- Excelling in strategic planning and mentoring junior staff
- Embracing technology and innovation to enhance delivery
- Analyzing and identifying system interactions and linkages
