QE Automation Engineer Database Testing

We are looking for a QE Automation Engineer with strong experience in Database Testing and SQL. The role involves testing enterprise data platforms and applications, validating data accuracy, and supporting automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform database testing and data validation using SQL.
• Test data and applications across Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Cosmos DB.
• Validate data accuracy, consistency, and business logic.
• Develop and execute functional, regression, integration, and automation tests.
• Analyze defects and work with development and data teams to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, Data Science, and AI/ML teams.
• Maintain test cases, defect reports, and testing documentation.

Required Skills

• Strong Database Testing and SQL/Querying skills.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, or Cosmos DB.
• Automation testing experience.
• Good understanding of functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Agile/Scrum experience.

Good to Have

• AI/ML Testing experience
• AI/ML application or data validation experience.
• Azure DevOps / CI-CD exposure.
• API or backend testing experience.
• Python/scripting knowledge.
