Knowledge of MACE&VSA audit (for MSIL) Trouble shooting of injection moulding machine, Knowledge of Mould & Machine.

Process Quality Control Daily DWM review of team member. Ensure SOP Adherence at Press Shop, Weld shop, Assembly Shop, Paint shop, printing shop. Daily review of product quality report product performance reports. Review and monitor production process. Initiate action plan with team to achieve customer requirement and quality target. NC closure of customer and system audit. Conduct Product process and layer audit as per plan. Review and approve SOP, quality plan, layout reports and visual alerts for critical parameter and reported complaints.

Responsible for improvement activity regarding Product and process, and effectiveness by analysis.
