About this role
We are looking for a skilled QC Supervisor to join our team at ConsultBae India Private Limited, responsible for ensuring the quality of labels and packaging materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality control and supervision.
Roles and Responsibility- Supervise and coordinate quality control activities for labels and packaging materials.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure high standards.
- Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for quality improvement.
- Train and guide junior staff members on quality control procedures.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
