QC & Production Supervisor

Position: QC & Production Supervisor Inks / Specialty & Security Inks
Location: Mahape, Navi Mumbai
Experience: 2-6 years (Inks / Paints / Coatings mandatory)

We are hiring a skilled QC & Production professional to manage raw material testing, in-process & final QC, and daily production supervision for Offset, UV, Flexo, Specialty & Security inks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Test RM, In-Process & FG batches (shade, strength, viscosity, rheology, grind, gloss, tack, adhesion)
  
• Supervise production mixing, dispersion, filtration, packing & SOP adherence
  
• Ensure batch consistency, documentation & ISO compliance
  
• Support formulation adjustments and technical trials
  
• Coordinate with PPC, Production, Purchase & Dispatch
  

What Were Looking For:

• Strong ink QC or production background
  
• Hands-on experience with QC instruments
  
• Knowledge of Offset, UV, Flexo, WB/UV coatings (any combination acceptable; more is preferred).
  
• Good documentation habits & production discipline
