Qc Manager

*QC Manager FMCG / Food Manufacturing*

Qualification: B.Tech/B.Sc/M.Sc Food Technology, Dairy Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry or related field.

Experience: 812 years in Quality Control, preferably in FMCG/Food/Dairy/Ice Cream manufacturing.

Location - Guwahati ( Rampur )

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall QC activities and QC team.
• Ensure compliance with FSSAI, GMP, HACCP & ISO standards.
• Monitor RM, PM, in-process and finished product quality.
• Handle customer complaints, deviations, RCA & CAPA.
• Manage laboratory testing, documentation and audits.
• Coordinate with Production, R&D and other departments.
• Drive quality improvement and reduce rejection/rework.

Skills: Strong knowledge of Food Safety, QC systems, CAPA, RCA, team management and MS Excel.
