Qc Manager

Role & responsibilities

* The Company is seeking experienced QC Managers with proven experience in Oil & Gas EPC companies executing Cross-Country Pipeline, Flowline, and Gathering Station Projects.

* Demonstrated track record of successfully leading Quality Control functions on large Oil & Gas construction projects.

* Establish, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Management System in accordance with client requirements, project specifications, company procedures, and applicable international codes and standards. * Manage and oversee all quality control activities related to pipeline construction, including material receiving inspections, welding, NDT, field joint coating, lowering, tie-ins, hydrotesting, pre-commissioning, reinstatement, and final handover

. * Ensure compliance with approved Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, Quality Procedures, and Project Quality Plans.

* Lead and supervise QC Engineers, Welding Inspectors, Coating Inspectors, NDT Coordinators, and Quality Personnel to ensure effective implementation of quality requirements.

* Interface with Client, EPCM, Third-Party Inspection Agencies, and Project Management teams on all quality-related matters.

* Review and approve quality documentation, inspection reports, NCRs, corrective actions, quality audits, and project quality dossiers.

* Monitor project quality performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
