    About this role

  1. Key Responsibilities:
  2. Conduct QC testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products (Ayurvedic formulations, cosmetics, essential oils)
  3. Perform physicochemical analysis as per Ayurvedic Pharmacopoeia / API standards
  4. Operate and maintain lab instruments (HPLC, GC, UV-Spectrophotometer, pH meter, moisture analyzer, etc.)
  5. Conduct wet chemistry tests — pH, LOD, ash value, acid/saponification value, etc.
  6. Document test results, prepare Certificate of Analysis (CoA)
  7. Ensure compliance with AYUSH, FSSAI, GMP, and ISO standards
  8. Report out-of-specification (OOS) results and support deviation investigations
  9. Maintain calibration records and lab cleanliness/SOP compliance
  10. Support internal and regulatory audits
