QC LAB Chemist

Role & responsibilities

• Perform chemical and physical analysis of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
• Conduct routine QC laboratory testing as per approved specifications and standard methods.
• Maintain laboratory records, test reports, COA, and documentation.
• Handle laboratory instruments such as pH meter, moisture analyzer, weighing balance, titration equipment, etc.
• Ensure compliance with FSSAI, ISO and company quality standards.
• Maintain laboratory hygiene, calibration records, and safety procedures.

Preferred candidate profile

• B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Food Chemistry, or a related field
• 12 years in QC laboratory, preferably in the food/FMCG industry.
