QC- GET/PGT/ Executive - Liquid Ink (Japanese MNC)

Job description

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for Inspection, Handling & calibration of lab instruments
• Maintaining documentation related to QC procedures & Instruments
• Basic knowledge of Liquid ink RM ( Raw material ), PM ( Packing material ) & FG ( Finished goods) sampling & testing procedures
• Responsible for in process/Final inspection & keeping records of inspection
• Analysis of process abnormality/Customer complains
• Ready to work in shifts.
• Maintaining ISO documentation(QMS, EMS & OH&SMS)
• Responsible to maintain 5S in QC lab during work & after completion of work and provide KAIZEN for process improvement
• Co-Ordination with Technical, Production, Purchase & Store team related to any new raw material, new product or Process Change implementation
• Managing shift operations of QC Liquid ink

Preferred candidate profile

• Proficiency in Power Point, MS Excel, and Word
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 documentation.
• Fluency in English (Ability to read, write and understand language)
