About this role
Position Summary
Responsible for quality control testing and monitoring specific to the AMV ADL line, ensuring raw materials, in-process batches, and finished products meet defined specifications before release.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct incoming raw material testing for AMV ADL inputs against approved specifications (COA verification, physical/chemical parameters)
- Perform in-process quality checks at defined stages of the AMV ADL production process, flagging deviations immediately to the QC Manager
- Carry out finished product testing for AMV ADL batches and prepare Certificate of Analysis (COA) prior to dispatch approval
- Maintain accurate batch testing records, logbooks, and QC documentation as per SOPs
- Calibrate and maintain lab instruments used for AMV ADL testing; escalate any calibration/equipment issues promptly
- Support investigation of any Out-of-Specification (OOS) or non-conformance results, documenting root cause and corrective action under QC Manager's guidance
- Coordinate with Production and Stores teams on sample collection schedules and hold/release status of AMV ADL batches
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality protocols (EHS coordination) during sample handling and lab operations
