QC Engineer - RMC Plant(Real Estate)

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor the quality of Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) production as per approved specifications and standards.
• Conduct quality tests on cement, aggregates, water, and fresh/hardened concrete, including slump and cube tests.
• Ensure proper mix design, batching, and quality control during concrete production.
• Monitor raw material quality and maintain consistency in concrete grades.
• Maintain quality reports, test records, and material inspection documentation.
• Coordinate with production teams, site engineers, and project teams to resolve quality-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with applicable IS codes and project quality requirements.
• Take corrective actions in case of quality deviations and ensure proper implementation of quality procedures.

Mandatory Requirement: Candidates must have relevant experience in RMC plant operations and quality control, preferably in the real estate or group housing construction industry.
