QC Electrophoresis - Sr. Executive/AM

Summary Job Functions:

• Review of DRS, Documents and data related raw material, packing material and consumable material, reagent & volumetric (LIMS) and water analysis.  

• Responsible for management of all activities related to sampling, analysis and release of raw material, packaging material and consumable material analysis along with physicochemical analysis of water.

• To execute and support in investigation of LIR, OOS or OOT, NCR, Change Control (QEdge) and Deviation

• Preparation, review and revision

Key Responsibilities:

• Review of DRS, Documents and data related raw material, packing material and consumable material, reagent & volumetric (LIMS) and water analysis.

• Responsible for management of all activities related to sampling, analysis and release of raw material, packaging material and consumable material analysis along with physicochemical analysis of water.

• To execute and support in investigation of LIR, OOS or OOT, NCR, Change Control (QEdge) and Deviation

• Preparation, review and revision of documents as and when required

• Planning, scheduling and follow-up of analysis in RM/PM section. To impart training on different tests to new employees and student trainees in QEdge TMS
• To verify calibration/ verification/ qualification/ cleaning/ monitoring activities of various QC instruments/ equipment’s as per schedule.
• Execution of gap analysis of QC system and effective implementation of cGMP and regulatory requirements.
