Improve product quality, reduce defects, In-Process Quality ensuring product quality, safety and compliance. Contribute in machining and assembly processes, Identify Kaizens, Poka-Yoke.

Automotive Components Manufacturing Company having Machining and Assembly Processes knowledge.

Reporting To: Asst. Manager / Manager

• Inspection of Inhouse & Outsource Parts / Assemblies
• Acceptance / Rejection of GRN
• Maintaining the inspection documents & records
• Actively participate in IHR rejection analysis & maintaining CAPA
• Identify & implementation of KAIZENS / POKA-YOKE
• Follow up with Supplier / In-house for action plan regarding IHR / Customer Complaint
• Layout Inspection
• Execution of production plan & keeping production & QC records

• Awareness about ISO-9001 Audit documents
• Aware about 8D / Problem solving techniques
• Aware about Process & Product Audit
