QC - Chemist/Officer - API Pharma

Role & responsibilities

• Perform routine analysis of raw materials, packing materials, in-process samples, finished products, and stability samples.
• Operate and maintain laboratory instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV-Visible Spectrophotometer, FTIR, pH meter, and analytical balances, as applicable.
• Conduct chemical and instrumental analysis as per approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and analytical methods.
• Prepare reagents, volumetric solutions, mobile phases, and standard solutions.
• Perform calibration and verification of laboratory instruments as per approved procedures.
• Maintain laboratory records, analytical worksheets, logbooks, and test reports accurately.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, data integrity requirements, and applicable regulatory guidelines.

Preferred candidate profile

• Practical knowledge of HPLC, GC, UV-Visible Spectrophotometer, FTIR, and other laboratory instruments, as applicable.
• Good understanding of GMP, GLP, SOPs, pharmacopoeial standards, and data integrity requirements.
