QA VP

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead the development of high-quality software products for capital markets, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product features, manage project timelines, and allocate resources effectively.
• Conduct thorough testing of software applications using various tools such as automated testing frameworks to ensure reliability and performance.
• Develop test plans, test cases, and execute tests to validate the functionality of new releases.

Job Requirements :

• 16-24 years of experience in IT services & consulting with expertise in algorithmic trading, equity trading, fixed income, fx markets.
• Strong understanding of derivatives trading life cycle including trade capture processing, settlements, reconciliations etc. .
• Experience in low latency electronic trading systems architecture design implementation maintenance.
