Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate internal trainings, including scheduling, planning, execution, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with Quality Management System (QMS), APQR, EDMS, Change Control, and Trackwise processes.
- Develop and deliver training programs for employees on various aspects such as GMPs, SOPs, equipment qualification/validation protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective change control measures.
- Administer ComplianceWire/LMS activities, including course assignment, qualification tracking, and compliance reporting.
- Prepare, review, and maintain Quality Assurance documentation, including SOPs, policies, formats etc.
