Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Understand project requirements and convert them into clear and effective test cases
• Perform manual testing of web/mobile applications
• Identify, document, and track defects with proper details
• Execute test cases and report results accurately
• Collaborate with developers and team members to resolve issues
• Participate in requirement analysis and QA discussions
• Learn and apply structured QA processes and best practices
• Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to improve productivity in test case creation, debugging, and documentation

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Basic understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
• Basic understanding of STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle)
• Knowledge of test case design and execution
• Good understanding of requirements analysis
• Basic knowledge of bug reporting and tracking
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT for QA activities (basic prompt understanding is a plus)
