We’re Hiring: Tester / Validation Analyst [Veeva eQMS ADX]

Salary: As per the market standards We are looking for a Tester / Validation Analyst (4–6 Years Experience) to join a high-impact enterprise validation program supporting a globally regulated environment. If you have strong experience in software testing + validation within regulated systems and have worked on Veeva eQMS ADX (Audit, Deviation, Exception modules) , this role is built for you.

What You’ll Be Working On:

• You will play a key role in ensuring

system quality, compliance, and validation integrity across enterprise QMS applications, specifically Veeva eQMS ADX.

• Your work will directly contribute to

audit readiness, defect-free deployments, and validated system performance in a regulated environment.

What We’re Looking For: Core Experience:

• 4–6 years in

Software Testing / QA / Validation

• Strong hands-on experience in

Veeva eQMS ADX (Audit, Deviation, Exception modules)

• Experience working in

regulated environments (GxP / compliance-driven systems) Testing & Validation Expertise:

• Strong skills in

test script creation, maintenance, and execution

• Experience performing

test script dry runs and formal execution cycles

• Strong understanding of

Validation lifecycle / CSV (Computer System Validation) Tools & Platforms;

• Hands-on experience with

qTest / ALM / similar test management tools

• Experience in

defect logging, tracking, and lifecycle management

• Exposure to structured test execution and reporting frameworks

Compliance & Quality Mindset:

• Strong understanding of

documentation standards in regulated environments

• Experience ensuring

traceability, audit readiness, and quality compliance

• Familiarity with

GxP / regulated system validation practices Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in

Engineering / Computer Science / IT OR

• Life Sciences / Pharmacy / Biotechnology with QA/Validation exposure preferred
