About this role
Job Summary
Test real products used by real clients. A clear path from manual testing to automation. Certifications & continuous learning opportunities. Leadership programs & clear growth paths. You'll join our delivery team as an entry-level QA engineer, testing the web apps, SaaS products, ERP, banking and AI solutions we build for clients. You'll start with structured manual testing - understanding requirements, writing test cases and logging clear bug reports - and, with mentoring from senior QA engineers, grow into API testing and test automation. It's a great fit for a recent graduate who enjoys breaking things on purpose and wants a strong grounding in software quality.
Responsibilities
- Take part in Agile ceremonies and work closely with developers and business analysts.
- Write and maintain test scenarios, test cases and test data for web and mobile features.
- Log defects in JIRA (or a similar tool) with clear steps to reproduce, expected vs. actual results, screenshots and severity; retest fixes and close them.
- Perform basic API checks in Postman: status codes, response data and error handling.
- Write simple SQL queries to verify that data is saved and updated correctly.
- Help turn stable manual test cases into automated scripts (for example with Selenium or Playwright) as you learn.
- Maintain test execution records and contribute to test summary and release-readiness reports.
- Follow our QA process and suggest improvements to test coverage and checklists.
