Job Description:

QA Testing & Automation Lead

We are looking for strong candidates with 10–12 years’ experience who can demonstrate a proactive, end-to-end test leadership approach and clearly articulate their delivery examples in their own words during screening.

Key experience

• Interpret requirements and translate them into clear, traceable test scenarios and scripts (functional + data validation).
• Plan and coordinate SIT/UAT activities across IHUB and all consumer teams; manage dependencies and timelines.
• Define and enforce test standards (entry/exit criteria, evidence, defect triage, sign-off approach).
• Lead defect management: logging, prioritization, root-cause collaboration with IHUB, and retest coordination.
• Ensure coverage across markets and consumers, including regression testing and change impact assessment.
• Provide testing status reporting (progress, risks/issues, quality metrics) and drive actions to closure.
