About the Role

We are looking for a skilled QA Automation Engineer with mandatory eCommerce domain experience to join our offshore team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in test automation, API testing, and performance testing, ensuring the quality, scalability, and reliability of eCommerce applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks for eCommerce platforms.
  
• Perform API testing using tools such as Postman and REST Assured for eCommerce workflows (cart, checkout, payments, orders).
  
• Conduct performance and load testing to ensure system reliability during high-traffic scenarios.
  
• Plan, execute, and document test cases and test plans specific to eCommerce applications.
  
• Identify, report, and track bugs and issues effectively across web and mobile platforms.
  
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure high-quality and timely releases.
  

Must-Have Skills

• Mandatory experience in testing eCommerce applications (web and/or mobile).
  
• Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks.
  
• Strong proficiency in API testing (Postman, REST Assured).
  
• Experience in performance and load testing.
  
• Skilled in test planning, execution, and defect management.
  
• Ability to track, document, and report bugs effectively.
  

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Appium for mobile automation testing.
  
• Knowledge of JUnit/TestNG frameworks.
  
• Exposure to CI/CD integration in automated testing pipelines.
  
• Familiarity with load testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner, etc.).
