QA Team Lead Mobile Automation

We are looking for an experienced QA Manual & Automation Lead with strong experience in testing Android and iOS mobile applications. The candidate will lead QA activities, develop automation frameworks, and ensure high-quality product releases.

Appium | Java | TestNG | REST Assured | Maven/Gradle | Git | Jenkins | Android | iOS

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor QA engineers across manual and automation testing.
• Define QA strategy, test plans, estimates, and release readiness.
• Develop and maintain mobile UI automation using Java, TestNG, and Appium.
• Perform functional, regression, smoke, integration, and E2E testing.
• Develop API automation using REST Assured.
• Test mobile applications across Android and iOS devices, emulators, and simulators.
• Identify, track, and manage defects through the complete defect lifecycle.
• Integrate automation suites with Jenkins/CI-CD pipelines.
• Maintain automation code using Git and follow code review practices.
• Collaborate with Development, Product, DevOps, and other teams.
  
  

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Mobile Application Testing – Android & iOS.
• Hands-on experience with Appium and Java.
• Strong knowledge of TestNG and automation framework development.
• Experience with REST Assured and API automation.
• Knowledge of Git, Maven/Gradle, and Jenkins.
• Good understanding of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP methods, and authentication.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
