About the Role:
We are looking for a hands-on QA/QC Officer to support product quality and food safety at our manufacturing facility in Riyadh. You will be responsible for ensuring our products specifically beverages, syrups, premixes, sauces, spreads, or confectionery meet strict quality and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
• Conduct in-process checks and routine laboratory tests.
• Monitor facility hygiene, sanitation, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP/GHP).
• Maintain accurate quality records and documentation.
• Support internal/external audits and assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Requirements:
• Bachelors degree or diploma in Food Science, Food Technology, Dairy Technology, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of practical QA/QC experience within a food-manufacturing environment.
• Sound knowledge of GMP, GHP, and HACCP principles.
• Familiarity with ISO 22000 or FSSC 22000 is an added advantage.
• Preferred Background: Beverages, syrups, premixes, sauces, spreads or confectionery.
