QA QC Manager

Job Opening for QAQC Mechanical Engineer at Kalpataru Projects International in the Oil & Gas division.

Job Location: Nagothane -Raigad (Maharashtra)

Experience: 3 -8yrs into the similar profile (Plant experience mandatory)

Qualification BE/ B. Tech Mechanical with ASNT Level-II certification is must.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Quality Control Inspections: Verify that all quality-related activities comply with codes and standards, identifying defects or deviations from industry standards.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of inspections, test results, and compliance with regulations, preparing reports summarizing findings.
• Risk Assessment: Assess potential risks associated with materials, equipment, and processes, identifying hazards and proposing measures to mitigate them.
• Compliance with Industry Standards: Ensure that all control measures and procedures comply with stringent industry standards and regulations.
• Supplier Quality Assurance: Work closely with suppliers to ensure that materials and components meet specified quality standards through audits and quality assessments.
  These roles are critical for ensuring safety, compliance, and quality in the oil and gas sector.
