QA QC Manager Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Lead implementation of QMS and QA/QC standards across all projects.
• Oversee construction quality across civil, structural, finishing, and MEP works.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, IS Codes, and statutory norms.
• Establish quality benchmarks, inspection procedures, and audit systems.
• Monitor contractor and vendor quality and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Lead and mentor project QA/QC teams across sites.
• Review quality performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee final inspections, snag closure, and quality standards before handover.
