QA QC Lead

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead quality control activities on construction projects to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify defects, anomalies, and potential issues before they become major problems.
• Develop and implement effective quality management systems (QMS) to improve overall project performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.

Job Requirements :

• 7-10 years of experience in QA/QC engineering or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of electricals, MEP systems, civil works, and building materials.
• Proven track record in conducting quality audits and implementing corrective actions.
