QA/QC Incharge (Civil) - Highrise Residential Project

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced QA/QC Incharge (Civil) to ensure quality standards and compliance for executing Highrise Residential Project (Mivan) in Hyderabad location. The role involves implementing QA/QC procedures, monitoring site execution, and ensuring all works meet design specifications and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance & Control

• Develop and implement QA/QC procedures, ITPs, and quality plans
• Ensure all works are executed as per approved drawings and specifications
• Conduct inspections and monitor quality at all stages of construction

Site Quality Monitoring

• Perform regular site inspections to identify defects and deviations
• Ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented
• Monitor workmanship and material quality

Testing & Documentation

• Ensure material testing and site testing as per standards
• Maintain QA/QC documentation, checklists, and reports
• Prepare and submit quality reports and MIS

Coordination & Compliance

• Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and contractors
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, codes, and project requirements
• Participate in audits and ensure closure of observations

Vendor & Contractor Quality

• Monitor contractor performance from a quality perspective
• Ensure adherence to approved materials and processes
• Conduct vendor quality evaluations

Preferred Candidate Profile

• B.Tech / BE in Civil Engineering
• Should have 12 to 15 yrs of relevant experience in QA/QC role.
• Must have experience in High rise residential projects with Mivan technology.
• Strong exposure to quality control in civil construction.
• Ability to handle end-to-end QA/QC activities at site.
