Qa Qc Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

• Preparation of Syrup / Batches for Beverage Production
• Quality Checks, Analysis, and Documentation of Incoming and Outgoing Material
• Quality monitoring and verification during production process & finished material
• Assurance of Quality Standards of Products as well as the Facility as a whole
• Preparation and Maintenance of various documents and records related to Quality control and assurance processes performed
• Personal hygiene and factory hygiene supervision as well as supervising the housekeeping team
• Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action & Preventive Action implementation in cases of deviations identified
• Training and monitioring of Production Executives and Personnel involved in the production and ensure adherence to GMP, GHP
• Performing various Quality Control/Quality Assurance activities across the facility according to the Quality Policies & Standards of the company.
• Be up to date on all Regulatory Compliances and ensure that they are followed by the company.

• A strict mindsnt towards Policies and Standards of the company and the products under it's name.

• A ready to learn and adapt attitude towards the ever-evolving standards and norms of the industry.

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidates with prior experience in Food manufacturing industry (especially Beverage category) will have preference
