QA QC engineer

Description

We are seeking a skilled QA/QC Engineer with 8-15 years of experience to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of our products and processes, implementing quality control systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.
• Conduct inspections and tests on materials, products, and processes to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Analyze quality data and prepare reports on inspection results and trends.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
• Conduct root cause analysis and develop corrective action plans for non-conformance issues.
• Participate in internal and external audits to assess compliance with quality standards.
• Train and mentor junior QA/QC staff on quality assurance practices and methodologies.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 8-15 years of experience in QA/QC engineering in Residential / Villas projects construction.
• Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies and tools such as Six Sigma, ISO 9001, and other relevant standards.
• Proficiency in quality inspection techniques and statistical process control (SPC).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working in a team environment.
