Role Description This is a full-time, on-site QA/QC Engineer role based in Guwahati. The QA/QC Engineer will be responsible for implementing and monitoring quality standards across project sites, ensuring compliance with company procedures, industry codes, and regulatory requirements. Daily tasks include conducting inspections, reviewing technical documents and test reports, coordinating with project and site teams to resolve quality issues, and maintaining detailed records of non-conformities and corrective actions. The person in this role will support internal and external audits, verify material and workmanship quality, and assist in continuous improvement initiatives across engineering and construction activities. The QA/QC Engineer will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to promote a culture of quality, safety, and reliability in all deliverables.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Quality Assurance and Quality Management to develop, implement, and maintain robust quality systems and procedures.
• Candidates should possess solid Quality Control and Inspection skills to verify materials, processes, and finished work against defined standards and specifications.
• Candidates should possess experience in Quality Auditing to support internal and external audits, identify non-conformities, and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Relevant engineering degree or diploma (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field) from an accredited institution.
• Experience in EPC, infrastructure, or energy sector projects, preferably with site-based quality responsibilities.
• Knowledge of applicable standards, codes, and regulatory requirements, along with familiarity with quality documentation and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams on-site.
