Role & responsibilities

- Preparation of Project Quality Plan (PQP).

- Preparation of Inspection & test Plans (ITP)

- Inspection as per ITP

- Performing Quality Surveillance for site activities

- Identify ad report Non conformance

- Closure of non conformance.

- Co ordinating and performing Inspection as per ITP along with site construction person and customer/ consultant.

- Monitoring repair statistics.

- Getting repair attended by construction persons.

- Accountable for compliance to project Quality requirements
