QA Manual Engineer

Experience: 2-5 and 5-8 Years
Location: Gurgaon
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and prepare test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
• Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, Smoke, Sanity, and UAT testing.
• Execute test cases, identify defects, and track them through closure.
• Validate APIs using Postman and Swagger.
• Perform database validation using SQL queries.
• Work closely with Development, Product, and Business teams.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and QA planning activities.
• Prepare test execution reports and quality metrics.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Manual Testing.
• Good understanding of STLC, SDLC, and Defect Life Cycle.
• Hands-on experience in Test Case Design & Execution.
• Experience with JIRA or similar defect tracking tools.
• API Testing using Postman and Swagger.
• Basic to Intermediate knowledge of SQL and DatabaseTesting.
• Experience in Functional, Regression, Integration, and UAT Testing.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum Methodology.
