QA Manager

Requirements:

• 12 to 15 years of total experience targeted.
• Minimum of 3 years as a QA manager.
• Minimum team-management scope of 10 members.
• Automation leadership required.
• QA automation experience mandatory.
• Around 5 years of automation experience referenced in requirement discussion.
• Experience designing and scaling automation frameworks expected.
• Broad technical proficiency required.
• Selenium or Playwright accepted; Appium not mandatory.
• Proficiency in at least one automation language expected: Java, C, C Sharp, or Python.
• CI/CD leadership exposure required.
• End-to-end release testing is a key screen.
• Candidate must have participated in end-to-end product release testing.
• Product-side scenario building and release-cycle understanding required.
• Coding round and DSA questions are not part of the stated process.
