QA Manager - Manual + US Healthcare (Web Applications)

We are seeking an experienced QA Manager to lead testing teams, drive QA strategy, manage releases, and ensure quality delivery for US Healthcare web applications.

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of QA experience, including 3+ years in a QA Manager role.
• Strong expertise in Manual Testing, Web Applications, and Agile/Scrum.
• US Healthcare domain experience is mandatory.
• Knowledge of Claims, Provider, Member, Eligibility, Benefits, Authorizations, Medicare/Medicaid, and HIPAA EDI transactions.
• Strong SQL, API testing (Postman/REST Assured), and defect management skills.
• Familiarity with Selenium, Playwright, Java, Azure DevOps/Jira, CI/CD, and release management.
• Experience with AI-assisted tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, or ChatGPT.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
