• Champion a quality-first approach by identifying risks, edge cases, and validating user needs.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define requirements and improve product quality.
• Develop risk-based testing strategies across UI, API, integration, and regression testing.
• Build and maintain test automation frameworks using Playwright (TypeScript) or Selenium (Java).
• Drive quality improvements, optimize QA processes, and define release readiness.
• Communicate quality metrics, risks, and test coverage to stakeholders.

• 7–10 years of experience in Software QA and Test Automation, with ownership of quality for complex products.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience building and maintaining test automation frameworks using Playwright (TypeScript) or Selenium (Java).
• Proven experience defining and driving test strategy, including risk analysis, test planning, and release readiness.
• Strong expertise in functional, regression, exploratory, and integration testing, with a track record of identifying critical defects.
• Ability to analyze requirements and system designs, identify gaps and risks, and apply structured test design techniques (e.g., boundary value analysis, equivalence partitioning, pairwise testing).
