QA Lead

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead a team of QA engineers to ensure high-quality software releases by identifying and prioritizing testing needs, developing test plans, and executing tests.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify defects and implement fixes through effective communication and issue tracking processes.
• Develop automated tests using TypeScript, Git, and other tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual testing efforts.
• Analyze data from various sources (e.g., logs, metrics) to identify trends and areas for improvement in the QA process.

Job Requirements :

• 9-15 years of experience as a QA Lead or similar role in IT Services & Consulting industry.
• Strong understanding of automation testing concepts using TypeScript, Git, and other relevant technologies.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and debugging techniques for complex issues.
• Proven track record of leading teams effectively to achieve project goals.
