QA Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end QA strategy for core banking, online banking, and payment systems.
• Lead and mentor the QA team, setting best practices and testing standards.
• Ensure test coverage for critical workflows: account management, transactions, loans, and payments.
• Design and implement test strategies (manual automation).
• Coordinate UAT cycles with business stakeholders and compliance teams.
• Own defect management, risk assessment, and release sign-off.
• Collaborate closely with Development, Product, and DevOps teams.

Experience

• 3 years in QA/testing, with 1 years in a QA lead or manager role.
• Hands-on experience in testing banking, credit union, or financial services software will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with core banking platforms, payment gateways, and digital banking systems.
• Strong experience with automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or similar) and API testing.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
