QA Lead / QA Manager – Global Equities Trading Platform

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead a team of QA engineers to ensure high-quality software releases for electronic trading platforms.
• Develop and maintain test automation frameworks using Cypress, TypeScript, and other tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize defects, ensuring timely resolution through CI/CD pipelines.
• Analyze complex issues related to algorithmic trading systems, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.

Job Requirements :

• 12-17 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance in the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of equity markets, fix protocols, and electronic trading platforms.
• Proficiency in developing automated tests using Cypress or similar technologies.
