About this role
- Test new features, workflows, and product updates across mobile and web experiences.
- Execute manual test cases and document bugs with clear reproduction steps.
- Verify expected vs actual results and help teams reproduce issues efficiently.
- Perform functional, regression, UI, and cross-browser testing where relevant.
- Validate bug fixes and confirm that new changes do not negatively impact existing features.
- Support data and workflow validation across important product journeys.
- Maintain clear testing notes, issue logs, and QA documentation.
- Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to improve release quality and testing discipline.
- 0-1 year of experience in QA, software testing, or a related field; freshers are welcome .
- Basic understanding of software testing concepts and QA processes.
- Ability to identify bugs and document them clearly and accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and collaborate in a cross-functional team environment.
- Familiarity with functional, regression, UI, or cross-browser testing.
- Exposure to bug-tracking or project-management tools.
- Basic understanding of SQL or API testing.
- Familiarity with BigQuery, GCP, or similar tools.
- Exposure to mobile app product environments.
- Hands-on exposure to real product testing and release workflows.
- Opportunity to work closely with Product and Engineering teams.
- A fast-learning environment with practical experience in QA processes.
- Mentorship and exposure to mobile product quality practices.
