Qa Executive

Candidate must be able to independently handle premium Buyer accounts, lead and mentor the QA team, and ensure on-time scheduled shipments that meet all Quality benchmarks.

Manage the end-to-end 3rd party final inspection process, ensuring complete awareness and readiness of all required documentation

Demonstrate thorough knowledge of fabric construction, cutting patterns &alignment before stitching.

Successfully manage the first-piece pilot run sampling process.. Monitor Stitching Quality by conducting regular process audits, including In-line and Mid-line inspections, to ensure strict compliance with QA standards.Design and execute ongoing training and awareness programs for factory employees to maintain high QA standards across the floor

Knowledge in Technical Audit & maintain QA files & documentation.

Take full responsibility for managing the Defect per Hundred Units (DHU) rates, achieving quality goals, maintaining technical audit compliance and systematically managing QA documentation and files.
