QA Executive Food Safety & Microbiology & ISO

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced ISO Coordinator / QA Executive Food Safety & Microbiology to join our Quality Assurance team. The candidate will be responsible for ISO/FSSC documentation, food safety audits, microbiological testing, CAPA management and ensuring compliance with applicable quality and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain ISO 22000 / FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMP & GHP documentation.
• Coordinate Internal, External, Customer and Certification Audits.
• Conduct internal audits and monitor CAPA implementation and closure.
• Perform and monitor microbiological testing of raw materials, finished products, water and environmental samples.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and maintain QA documents, SOPs, work instructions and quality records.
• Support investigation and closure of customer complaints.
• Conduct Food Safety, Quality and GMP awareness training.
• Support continuous improvement and food safety initiatives.
• Coordinate with production and other departments for effective implementation of food safety systems.
