About this role
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, SOPs, and applicable quality and regulatory requirements.
- Review and approve BMR/BPR, SOPs, specifications, protocols, reports, and other quality documents.
- Perform line clearance, in-process checks, and batch documentation review for manufacturing activities.
- Handle deviations, OOS/OOT, change controls, CAPA, and customer complaints and ensure timely closure.
- Conduct internal audits, self-inspections, and vendor audits as applicable.
- Monitor compliance of Production, QC, Warehouse, and other departments with established quality systems.
- Support validation, qualification, calibration, and stability-related activities.
- Ensure proper documentation, data integrity, record control, and document traceability.
- Coordinate with Production, QC, R&D, Stores, and other departments for resolution of quality-related issues.
- Support customer, regulatory, and certification audits and follow up on observations and CAPA.
- Prepare and maintain QA reports, quality metrics, audit records, and compliance trackers.
- Promote continuous improvement in quality systems, documentation, GMP practices, and overall compliance.
