Job Description

We are looking for a QA Engineer with 23 years of experience who can take ownership of testing activities from scratch and ensure the quality and reliability of software applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases and testing strategies.
• Perform manual and automated testing for web applications, APIs and mobile platforms.
• Develop and maintain test automation frameworks.
• Identify, track and report defects, ensuring timely resolution.
• Perform regression testing and participate in sprint reviews and release planning.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshoot issues across staging and production environments.
• Collaborate with Product and Development teams to improve software quality.
• Track quality metrics and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Skills and Competencies Required

• 23 years of experience in software quality assurance and test automation.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver, Selenium Grid, Playwright, Appium, TestNG or similar frameworks.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Python, JavaScript or Java.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
• Knowledge of REST API testing, API automation and web service concepts.
• Understanding of JSON, XML and database testing.
• Experience with manual testing, test case design and defect management.
• Knowledge of SDLC, STLC and Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with JIRA or similar project management tools.
• Understanding of Page Object Model (POM) and Page Factory design patterns.
