QA Engineer

Job Summary


Responsibilities

• Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing on various modules.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and provide feedback on product design.
• Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools, ensuring timely resolution.
• Participate in code reviews and provide suggestions for improvement to enhance product quality.
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to optimize efficiency.
• Maintain and update testing documentation for clarity and accuracy.
• Provide support for production issues and assist in root cause analysis as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in QA automation, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Proficiency in automated testing frameworks and tools, such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.
• Experience with testing Front Office Systems (PMS), E-Invoicing, and Financial Reconciliation modules.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools, such as JIRA or TestRail.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively report findings and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
