About the role
Make sure what we ship actually works. You will test features across our product line -- HRMv3, IGA V2, CRM, ReachEazy, and HPA -- writing clear test cases, filing well-documented bugs, and working with engineers to close gaps before customers find them. You will also help build out automated test coverage over time.
What were looking for
- 1-2+ years in software QA, manual or automated
- Ability to write clear, reproducible test cases and bug reports
- Comfortable working across multiple products and codebases
- Basic scripting ability (Python, JavaScript, or similar) for test automation
- Detail-oriented with a genuine curiosity about how things break
