Qa Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Perform quality inspection and functional testing of Chai brewing and Ingredient Dispenser machines.
• Check dispensing accuracy, sensors, pumps, electrical systems, and overall machine performance.
• Identify defects, coordinate with vendors for resolution, and conduct re-testing.
• Maintain QA checklists, test reports, and machine acceptance records.
• Ensure quality compliance before machine dispatch.
• Cafe visits for machine troubleshooting and performance monitoring. 

Preferred candidate profile

• Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge.
• Hands-on machine testing and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with measuring instruments and technical specifications.
• Basic MS Excel skills for reporting and documentation.
• Understanding of SOPs and basic quality control processes.
