Role & responsibilities

1. Ensure well defined variables & process flow in the post forging

2. Close control on forgings with free from detect.

3. Quality of forgings as per company quality objectives.

4. Forging final inspection & documentation .

5. Ensure on reduction in customer PPM

6. Close Co-ordination with customer for upgrades and complaints raised.

7. Problem solving analysis, process audit checklist and fire wall to be captured

8. Carry out audits for process validation to uplift quality and cost reduction.

NIL customer complaint for higher customer satisfaction.
