Qa Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• 2-4 years of hands-on QA experience (manual plus some automation)
• Strong grasp of how systems work: web apps, APIs, databases, browser behavior
• A naturally curious, "let me try to break this" mindset, with an eye for detail
• Understanding of, or strong interest in, how AI/LLM-based products behave and fail, and a willingness to learn evals and guardrail testing
• Basic understanding of investing and mutual funds, or a genuine interest in learning how wealth management works
• Clear communication and a self-starter attitude: you spot problems and fix them without waiting to be told
• Comfortable owning quality independently in a fast-moving team
